VAGENARI promises 7-day return of goods without reasons. Within 7 days from the day when you get it (subject to the sign-off date on the express bill), one return of goods service is available from vagenari.com if the commodity is in perfect condition. Please apply for return of goods by email at [email protected], a customer service representative will confirm the information for return of goods with you after receiving your application.


With all due respect, we will not handle return of goods for you under the following situations:

a) Your commodity is not sold by VAGENARI;

b) The commodity, its accessory, label, sales receipt, gift or packing is missing; The black seal and anti-fake QR code paster on the packing bag are scratched or torn.

c) The commodity with quality problems caused by improper use or storage; No marks are on the surface of the goods, showing it has been scratched, worn, damaged, used or disassembled;

d) The commodity has been worn, washed, defiled, or damaged, and second sale is influenced;

f) It has exceeded the period for return of goods;

How to Refund? (About Refund)

After receiving your returned commodity and making confirmation, we will start refund the money to you within 2-3 workdays.

Express Fee for Return of Goods
1. VAGNEARI bears the express fee if return of goods is caused by the commodity quality or our mistakes of sending wrong item.
2. You need to bear the express fee if you return the commodity because of your subjective reasons (for example, you don’t like the color, etc). When you return goods to VAGENARI, please use parcel post or any other express services with receipts, but please do not send it in the form of freight at destination (after confirming that the express fee should be borne by us, we will return the express fee to your account based on your express receipt。
VAGENARI respects intellectual property, and is against infringement and piracy. An intellectual property owner can submit a written notice to VAGENARI if he/she thinks that VAGENARI contents might infringe upon his/her legitimate right and interest, and VAGENARI will timely process it after receiving such notice.
