The conclusion, implementation and interpretation of this agreement as well as the settlement of disputes shall be in line with the Laws of the UK.
When there is conflict among the VAGENARI service items and the Laws of the UK, such terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the law, while the other provisions shall be still in force.
If there is any dispute between the user and the VAGENARI in terms of the content of the agreement or the performance, the two parties shall endeavor to settle it through friendly negotiation.
